We ship the Dust Cruisers ride-on floor scrubber worldwide. Due to the size and weight of the unit, all orders are fulfilled via freight courier. Please read the details below before placing your order.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order. Due to the bulk nature of the Dust Cruisers unit, freight charges apply.

  • Free shipping promotions: applied automatically when eligible — check our homepage for current offers

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Delivery requirements

The Dust Cruisers unit is a large, heavy piece of equipment. Please ensure the following before your delivery date:

  • Someone aged 18+ is available to receive and sign for the delivery
  • There is clear access at the delivery address (loading dock or ground-floor access preferred)
  • Inspect the packaging for visible damage before signing — note any damage on the delivery receipt

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Delays & lost shipments

While we work with reliable freight partners, occasional delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
