Refund Policy
We stand behind every Dust Cruisers unit. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please read our policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
Returns window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the product has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.
Eligibility for a return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The unit is in its original condition — unused or used only for initial testing
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
We do not accept returns for:
- Items showing signs of heavy use, damage caused by misuse, or unauthorised modification
- Units with missing parts or packaging
- Orders where a return request was not initiated within the 30-day window
How to start a return
To initiate a return, email us at returns@dustcruisers.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and photos of the item and packaging. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.
Do not ship items back without an RMA — returns without authorisation will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the cost of return freight. If you are returning for personal reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Given the size and weight of the unit, we strongly advise contacting us first so we can arrange the most cost-effective return method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- The refund is issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or defective units
If your Dust Cruisers unit arrives damaged or develops a fault under normal use within the warranty period, please contact us immediately with photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
